Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Methods & Destinations

We offer different shipping methods depending on the type of item you purchase and your location:

• Snail Mail (Letters & Envelope-Sized Items):

  • Available worldwide.

  • All snail mail is sent via non-traceable mail.

• Packages (Larger Orders):

  • Available exclusively within Portugal.

  • All packages are sent with track and trace.

2. Processing & Dispatch Times

We process and dispatch orders according to the item type:

• Snail Mail Orders: To keep shipping efficient, all snail mail items from the mail club are shipped out in a batch on the 1st of every month. All other snail mail orders (except the mail club) are shipped within 1 business day.

• Package Orders (Portugal Only): All other orders (packages) will be processed and shipped within 1 business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method:

Snail Mail (Non-Traceable / Worldwide in Envelopes)

• Portugal: 1–3 business days

• Europe: 3–10 business days 

• Worldwide: 5–15 business days

(Note: For all EU and International destinations, we kindly ask that you allow up to 30 days for delivery, as postal delays can occasionally happen).

Packages (Tracked / Portugal Only)

• Portugal: 1–3 business days

• Includes full track and trace service.

4. Tracking and Customs

• Track & Trace: Tracking numbers are automatically provided for all package orders within Portugal. Because our snail mail is sent via non-traceable mail, tracking numbers are not available for envelope-sized shipments.

• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international snail mail orders outside of Portugal/EU, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by their local government.
